CARE CERTIFICATE COMPLIANT – STANDARD 13

The CIEH Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace is a new qualification that will provide your employees with fundamental health and safety knowledge. Based on the extremely successful CIEH Foundation Certificate in Health and Safety in the Workplace, it has been completely revised with new and updated content and is complemented by the second edition of the Health and Safety First Principles course book.

The programme covers a defined syllabus which can be tailored to meet the needs of clients and is assessed by a short objective test consisting of 30 multi-choice questions.

Target Audience
Employee’s with little or no prior knowledge of current health & safety legislation who require a nationally recognised certificate.

To carryout assigned tasks in both a safe and efficient manner;

To understand the legal responsibilities of both the employer and employee as defined by the Health & Safety at Work Act.
