Unconscious Bias (Equalities)

Who should attend?
All staff, in particular those involved in recruitment and those with line management responsibilities.

Course aims and objectives:
To enable delegates to understand the psychological process of unconscious bias and how this affects perceptions and experiences. In particular, the course aims to help delegates realise how pervasive unconscious bias is in their own thinking and that of others, and how this is manifest in behaviours that lead to unfairness, inequality and potentially, to discrimination.
