Occupational Therapy Services aim to support people of all ages who have a physical disability to remain in their own home.
Occupational Therapists and rehabilitation staff undertake assessments with service users of their ability to undertake daily living activities. They also provide information and advice and make arrangements for the provision of adaptions to individuals’ homes and/or the loan of specialised equipment which meets their specific needs and enables them to continue to live in their own home.
The Occupational Therapy Services provided by Medway Council can be contacted via their website.
